Height Safety Engineers is looking for an experienced Level 2 & 3 IT Specialist to provide hands-on technical support and help manage our IT infrastructure, systems and cybersecurity environment.
This is a part-time role suited to someone who will play a key role in delivery high level technical support across a diverse technology environment. You will be escalation point for technical issues, providing solutions across hardware, software, networking, cloud technologies, and Microsoft 365 environments.
Key responsibilities
Microsoft 365 migrations and tenant improvements
Intune and endpoint management
Exchange Online migrations
Active Directory → Entra ID migrations
SharePoint and file server migrations
Azure and hybrid infrastructure
Windows Server and Domain Controller upgrades
Microsoft security and Defender solutions
Network, firewall and infrastructure projects
L3 technical escalations
Technical design, implementation and documentation
Required Skills/Experience
Strong experience with Windows Desktop Operating Systems and common software applications
On-prem and cloud infrastructure experience
Strong experience with Microsoft 365 and Windows Server management
Experience with Microsoft Exchange Online/Intune/Defender management
High-level understanding of Networking Technologies (DHCP/DNS/LAN/VLAN/WLAN/WAN)
Experience with Endpoint Protection and Backup/DR technologies
Ability to communicate technical and non-technical concepts to a wide range of stakeholders
Nice to have's
Diploma, Degree, or other relevant qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is advantageous but not essential.
Industry certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA, Microsoft, Azure, Microsoft Teams, Intune, or similar technologies are highly regarded.
