The role will see you:

Provide day-to-day leadership, mentoring and support to an established multidisciplinary team.
n
Foster a positive, engaged and quality-focused team culture.
n
Coach and develop consultants to achieve their professional and career goals.
n
Allocate case files and perform file reviews to support your team.
n
Work collaboratively with the Senior Leadership team to contribute to broader business initiatives.
n

About you:
n
n
Tertiary qualifications in a relevant Allied Health Discipline with associated registration (AHPRA, ASORC, ESSA)
n
Strong experience within Occupational Rehabilitation
n
Strong leadership skills and a supportive manner
n
n
