Your Role

As Chef, you will:

Oversee day-to-day operations of the kitchen, adopting a hands-on, leadership-focused approach.

Lead, mentor, and inspire a team to deliver outstanding service and maintain high standards.

Uphold our club's reputation for safety,



professionalism, and unforgettable hospitality experiences.

Ensure compliance with all Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S;) and Food Safety policies and regulations.

Requirements

Qualified Chef with minimum of 2yrs in a similar role
n
Food Safety
n
Excellent leadership and communication skills
