Key Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service to patrons, ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience.
Take pride in your personal presentation and represent Norths with professionalism.
Communicate effectively with peers, supervisors, and patrons to ensure smooth operations.
Show initiative and be driven to contribute positively to the team environment.
Work autonomously while also collaborating with team members as needed.
Manage your time efficiently and handle a high volume of tasks associated with the hospitality industry.
Be flexible to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.




About You
Previous experience in a similar role (preferred but not essential)
Coffee Experience (preferred)
Outstanding customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Current Safe Food Handling, RSA, and RSG certification and a current Police check.
