The Lucas Collective in Melbourne is seeking world-class sommeliers to join our celebrated wine program. Headed by Loic Avril and Yuki Hirose MS, we offer full time and casual opportunities, with a rotating roster including opening and closing shifts, weekends and public holidays.
Bring sommelier experience, deep wine knowledge, stock control skills, and a passion for hospitality. WSET or CMS certifications are advantageous, and a valid RSA is required.
