The Role

As the face of our service department, you will manage the end-to-end customer journey and act as the critical link between our clients and the workshop.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately identifying client service or repair needs and managing expectations.
n
Translating technical workshop diagnostics into clear, transparent solutions for customers.
n
Maximizing revenue through qualified upselling of scheduled maintenance and parts.
n
Utilizing Titan DMS to build job cards, manage repair orders, and process invoices.
n
Managing proactive customer communication regarding vehicle progress and pricing updates.
n
Ensuring peak client retention—no customer leaves without a resolution or a future booking.

About You.

This is a senior position requiring an industry professional who takes complete ownership of the service desk.

Requirements
n
n
Extensive Experience: 3+ years as a Service Advisor within a franchised dealership (essential).
n
Software Skills: Daily working experience with Titan DMS (Preferred).
n
Communication: Elite verbal and written communication with a polished, professional presentation.
n
Results-Driven: Proven track record of maintaining high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.
n
Licensing: Current, valid Australian Driver's License.
n
