The Opportunity
n
We are seeking a Field Technician to join our Mining Operations team in a QLD-based FIFO role on an 8/6 roster. This is a hands-on role deploying, maintaining, and troubleshooting advanced hardware systems across remote mine sites.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Install, configure, calibrate, and commission advanced hardware systems
n
Perform preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and fault repairs
n
Act as the conduit between customers and RaptorTech's support teams
n
Provide professional in office training and technical support




n
Work autonomously while collaborating with remote teams
n
Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to innovation
n
Maintain strict safety and quality standards
n

What We're Looking For

Background in auto electrical, electrical,
telecommunications,
or instrumentation
n
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
n
Customer-focused, proactive, and organised
n
Comfortable working independently in FIFO environments
n
