Uniting Tamworth is seeking a compassionate Care Worker to provide person-centred support to residents in our aged care facilities, helping them maintain independence and a high quality of life in a protected, nurturing environment.

You will work weekdays, AM and PM shifts, deliver daily living assistance, support with mobility, meals and social activities, and collaborate with a dedicated team committed to dignity and respect.
