The Opportunity We are currently seeking a skilled Fibreglasser to join our Wales team in Adelaide.
As a Fibreglasser, you'll play an important role in the construction and repair process, ensuring vehicles are completed to a high standard, on time, and in line with safety requirements.
You'll work closely with the Workshop Manager and wider production team to deliver quality outcomes for our customers.
About the Role In this hands-on role, you will: Apply fibreglass to vehicle bodies and components using established procedures.
Use resins, lacquers, waxes and fibreglass matting to achieve the required finish and thickness.
Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
Check templates and cut-outs for accuracy.




Work to production schedules and meet agreed timeframes.
Communicate with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth workflow.
Maintain a safe and organised work environment at all times.
What We're Looking For To be successful in this role, you will have: Previous hands-on fibreglassing experience.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workshop environment.
Good physical stamina and manual dexterity.
A positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
The ability to manage your workload and meet production deadlines.
