Position overview The Associate Director, Philanthropic Governance Impact is a senior leadership role responsible for the strategic direction and delivery of the University's philanthropic governance and donor relations functions.
Leading a team across gift governance, donor relations, gift processing and reporting, the role will ensure strong governance, effective stewardship and consistent, high-quality service across the University.
It will also play a key role in developing frameworks, policies and processes that strengthen donor accountability, support sound decision-making and enable philanthropic funds to achieve their intended impact.
Working closely with senior leaders across Advancement Engagement, Finance, Research, Scholarships,



Colleges and the ANU Foundation, the Associate Director will provide trusted strategic advice, build strong institutional partnerships and drive continuous improvement across the philanthropic lifecycle.
