The Role

You will work across a broad range of legal matters and gain exposure to key commercial and strategic issues facing the business.

Your responsibilities will include:
n

Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a range of commercial agreements and legal documents
n
Managing disputes and negotiating pre-litigation matters
n
Providing commercial, contractual and regulatory advice
n
Assisting with legal projects and strategic initiatives
n
Advising internal stakeholders on contractual obligations, risk management, and legal implications arising from business decisions
n

The Lawyer We Seek
n
We are interested in speaking with commercially minded lawyers with approximately 3–7 years' post-qualification experience.
n
While candidates from a general commercial background will be well suited, lawyers from a broad range of commercial practice areas are encouraged to apply. This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer looking to broaden their experience, work closely with the business, and develop through collaboration with guidance of a stellar team.
