As the practice continues to develop its client base and strengthen its market presence, we are seeking an experienced and commercially focused Sales and Marketing Manager to lead the company's sales and marketing activities and support its ongoing business development.
About the Role The Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating and overseeing the company's sales and marketing activities.
The role will focus on identifying business opportunities, developing market strategies, strengthening client relationships and enhancing the company's profile within its target markets.
The successful candidate will work closely with senior management and relevant internal teams to translate business objectives into practical sales and marketing initiatives and monitor their effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities 1.Develop and implement sales and marketing plans aligned with the company's business objectives, target markets and growth priorities.
2.Identify emerging market opportunities,



potential client segments and new business channels to support the expansion of the company's client base.
3.Establish sales objectives and monitor business development activities, client enquiries, conversion outcomes and overall sales performance.
4.Develop strategies to promote the company's architectural services and strengthen awareness of its capabilities, expertise and project portfolio.
5.Coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives across appropriate digital, online, industry and client-facing channels.
6.Manage and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients, key business contacts, referral partners and other relevant stakeholders.
7.Develop approaches to increase client engagement, repeat business and referrals by strengthening customer experience and long-term client relationships.
