A leading Sydney design studio is looking for an experienced Senior Interior Designer to join its collaborative team, working across high-quality workplace and commercial interiors.

The Role
n
n
Lead workplace and commercial projects from briefing through to completion
n
Develop strong design concepts and narratives aligned with client objectives
n
Build trusted client relationships and confidently present design proposals
n
Coordinate documentation, consultants and project teams
n
Ensure design intent,



budget and programme are maintained
n
Mentor junior designers and contribute to the wider studio
n
Embed sustainable and safe design principles into projects
n
n
About You
n
n
Degree qualified in Interior Design, Architecture or a related discipline
n
8+ years' experience, ideally across workplace, commercial interiors or fit-out
n
Proven project leadership and client-facing experience
n
Strong conceptual and presentation skills
n
Proficient in Revitand Adobe Creative Suite
n
Strong technical documentation and visualisation skills
n
Experience mentoring junior designers
n
Green Star or sustainability experience is advantageous
n
n
