2-5 years of experience in commercial law, with a solid foundation in corporate contracts, M&A;, and general commercial advice.
A client-focused approach with the ability to provide clear, practical legal guidance to businesses across various industries.
Excellent communication skills – the ability to effectively engage with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels.
