Job Description Senior Infrastructure Project Manager | Major Asset Refresh Location: Melbourne, VIC (Hybrid) Contract Duration: 6-Month Contract Daily Rate: $850 – $985 + GST / Super per day Security Clearance: Baseline Security Clearance preferred (or Australian Citizenship with ability to obtain) About the Role We are seeking a seasoned Senior Infrastructure Project Manager for a 6-month contract to lead and execute major enterprise Asset Refresh Projects .
In this role, you will take end-to-end accountability for planning, managing, and delivering critical infrastructure refresh initiatives.
You will work closely with technical teams, vendors, and key business stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery and minimal operational disruption.
Key Responsibilities Project Delivery: Drive end-to-end execution of major infrastructure asset refreshes across hardware, network, and systems environments.
Scheduling Governance: Utilize Microsoft Project and enterprise PPPM Platforms (Dynamics 365 preferred) to maintain detailed schedules, resource plans, status reports, and project documentation.
Stakeholder Vendor Management:



Engage effectively with key business sponsors, senior IT leaders, and external suppliers to keep deliverables on track.
Risk Financial Control: Monitor project scope, manage risks/issues, track budgets, and uphold established project governance frameworks.
Requirements Qualifications Track Record: Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager delivering complex IT Infrastructure / Asset Refresh projects in enterprise settings.
Tooling Expertise: Proficiency in MS Project , Microsoft 365 , and enterprise PPPM platforms (experience with Dynamics 365 is highly regarded).
Security Eligibility: Active Baseline Security Clearance is strongly preferred.
Uncleared Australian Citizens eligible and willing to undergo Baseline vetting will also be considered.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with robust stakeholder relationship-building capability.
