Oxford Bathrooms is growing and looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our team.
n
This role is ideal for someone with construction or trade experience who wants to move into project management.
n
You will work with our team to organise bathroom renovations, coordinate trades and keep clients updated throughout each project.
n
What You'll Do
n
Coordinate bathroom renovation jobs from start to finish.
n
Organise trades and confirm when they are required on site.
n
Keep project schedules and calendars up to date.
n
Visit sites and check that work is progressing.
n
Communicate with clients and keep them updated.
n
Speak with trades and help resolve any issues.
n
Check plans and make sure trades understand what is required.
n
Report progress and any problems to the office.
n
Help make sure jobs stay on time and run smoothly.
n
What We're Looking For
n
Some experience in construction, renovations,



trades or project coordination.
n
Bathroom or kitchen experience is a bonus.
n
Well organised and reliable.
n
Comfortable dealing with clients and trades.
n
Able to read basic plans.
n
Willing to learn and take on more responsibility.
n
Positive attitude and good work ethic.
n
Two professional references.
n
If you're a plumber, carpenter, builder, tiler, apprentice who has progressed well, site supervisor or experienced tradesperson looking to move into project management, we'd like to hear from you.
n
You don't need to have extensive project management experience. Construction knowledge, organisation and the right attitude are more important.
