This is a hands-on role working in a fast-paced production environment, where you will be responsible for maintaining plant and equipment to ensure reliability, safety, and efficiency.
You'll work closely with the maintenance and production teams to minimise downtime and support continuous improvement across the site.
Key Responsibilities This role focuses on maintaining plant and equipment to ensure efficient production and minimise downtime.
Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on plant and equipment Attend breakdowns, troubleshoot faults, and restore machinery quickly Conduct root cause analysis to prevent recurring issues Maintain and repair conveyors, compressors, pumps, and processing equipment Work with hydraulics, pneumatics, and automated systems Monitor spare parts inventory and support cost control Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation Ensure compliance with safety, HACCP,
