Their insurance is award winning and highly regarded for its technical excellence, representing global insurers, government bodies, insurance brokers complex, high-stakes disputes The Role An exceptional career opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Lawyer (1–3 years' PQE) to join their thriving Insurance.
The range of matters will be diverse e.g. public liability, personal injury and professional indemnity.
You will be supported to run your own files, step up into larger District and Supreme Court matters, and develop your court skills under direct partner mentorship.
Key Responsibilities: Managing insurance litigation files from inception through to resolution or hearing.
Drafting comprehensive advices on policy coverage, indemnity, liability, and quantum.
Preparing court documents, pleadings, witness statements, and instructing counsel.
Regularly appearing in the Local and District Courts.
Maintaining strong, proactive relationships with insurer clients and key stakeholders About You To ensure your success in this collaborative team,



you will bring: 1–3 years' PQE within insurance litigation or a strong defendant-focused personal injury/liability practice.
Prior exposure to general liability, personal injury, or professional indemnity claims.
Strong legal research and drafting skills, with a keen eye for detail.
A client-focused mindset with the ability to provide pragmatic, commercial advice.
A collaborative attitude and the drive to proactively progress matters.
