With a clear roadmap to 130 restaurants across corporate and franchise operations, we're looking for a hands-on Culinary Training Manager to make sure every guest gets the same incredible food, whichever Zeus they walk into.
About the Role Reporting directly to the COO, you'll build our national training and capability framework while acting as the guardian of Zeus food standards across the network.
This is a field-based role.
You'll spend most of your time in our kitchens, coaching teams during live service, lifting standards and making sure every restaurant is set up to win.
