$***** per hour + Super + Kilometre Allowance Part-time role - 24 hours per week Autonomous role servicing multiple retail locations Book Merchandiser - Part Time $***** per hour + Super | 24 Hours Per Week | Kilometre Allowance Paid We are seeking a reliable and motivated Book Merchandiser to service multiple retail stores across an allocated territory.
This is a hands-on and physically active role where you will be responsible for locating, unpacking, replenishing and merchandising book stock onto the shop floor.
Working independently across different store locations, you'll ensure stock is presented neatly and in line with merchandising standards.
About the Role Your responsibilities will include: Attending allocated retail stores according to a scheduled call cycle Locating stock on docks, in store reserves, cages and shelving areas Unpacking cartons and preparing stock for the shop floor Moving and replenishing stock from reserve areas onto shelves Merchandising books into the correct categories and sections Following planograms and merchandising guidelines Ensuring shelves are neat, fronted and presented to a high standard Liaising with store staff regarding stock movement and scanning Reporting stock issues, out-of-stock key titles and store feedback Following all workplace health and safety and manual handling procedures About You To be successful in this role, you will: Be reliable,



punctual and comfortable working autonomously Be physically fit and comfortable undertaking manual handling duties Be able to regularly lift, carry and manoeuvre cartons weighing up to 16kg Be comfortable bending, crouching, kneeling and reaching shelves at varying heights Be able to stand and walk for extended periods Have strong attention to detail and presentation standards Have good communication skills when liaising with store staff Have flexible availability across a 24-hour-per-week roster Previous retail, merchandising, replenishment or stock-handling experience is highly regarded Essential Requirements Current Australian driver's licence Own reliable vehicle Ability to travel between multiple stores within your allocated territory Ability to safely meet the physical requirements of the role What's On Offer $***** per hour + Super 24 hours per week Kilometre allowance paid in accordance with applicable rates Variety across multiple retail locations Independent and hands-on working setting If you are reliable, organised and enjoy a hands-on role where no two days are quite the same, we would love to hear from you.
