The business delivers a diverse portfolio of commercial construction, including new builds and complex fit-out projects, with project values typically ranging from $10M to $40M.
With continued growth across Adelaide, they are seeking an experienced Site Manager to take ownership of site delivery and work closely with an established project team.

The Role As Site Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of commercial projects, leading site operations and coordinating subcontractors and trades to achieve programme, safety and quality outcomes.
Your responsibilities will include: Leading day-to-day site operations across commercial new build and fit-out projects Managing and coordinating subcontractors, trades and suppliers Driving construction programmes and maintaining key project milestones Managing site logistics,



construction sequencing and coordination of works Leading site meetings and coordinating daily project activities Maintaining high standards across WHS, quality and compliance Working closely with Project Managers, Contract Administrators and consultants Monitoring project progress and proactively resolving site issues Managing quality inspections, defects and project close-out Building strong working relationships with subcontractors, consultants, clients and project stakeholders Supporting the successful delivery and handover of each project The Like Mind We are looking for an experienced Site Manager who takes pride in delivering high-quality commercial projects and enjoys working within a collaborative, well-structured project environment.
You will ideally bring: Proven Site Management experience within commercial construction Experience delivering projects valued between $10M and $40M Experience across commercial new build and/or fit-out projects Strong understanding of construction sequencing, programming and site coordination Confidence managing subcontractors, trades and suppliers Sound knowledge of WHS, quality and compliance requirements Robust communication and stakeholder management skills The ability to identify issues early and drive practical solutions A proactive, organised and hands-on approach to project delivery A trade background in carpentry or a similar construction discipline will be highly regarded You will be a confident site leader who can take ownership of delivery, build strong relationships and keep a project moving while maintaining high standards across safety, quality and programme.
