skills and experience aligned to your area of expertise A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills A commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes for clients and projects Commercial awareness and a focus on achieving practical, value-driven solutions A robust commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement A desire to contribute to a positive team culture and support the success of those around you Qualifications Experience Relevant tertiary, trade or technical qualifications in your field (if applicable) Experience within mining, resources, energy or related sectors will be highly regarded Professional accreditation or memberships relevant to your discipline (e.g. CPEng, RPEQ, CPA, CA, AHRI or similar) is advantageous Experience working across design, project delivery, operations or business support functions, depending on your area of expertise This Expression of Interest is intended to support future workforce planning and may not represent a current vacancy.
