An opportunity is available for an experienced Change Manager to join a major transformation environment and support a significant Workplace Health Safety improvement program as a part of a broader enterprise transformation environment.
This role will suit a pragmatic, hands-on Change Manager who enjoys working across people, process, policy and behavioural change and can bring structure to a complex portfolio of initiatives.
We're looking for a strong generalist Change Manager who can understand a problem, identify who needs to be involved and determine the right approach to successfully embed the change.
About the Role The project is working through a number of recommendations arising from an external review of the organisation's Workplace Health Safety environment.
These recommendations cover a broad range of activities, from relatively simple policy and process updates through to more significant behavioural and cultural change initiatives.
The Change Manager will work closely with the Project Manager and business stakeholders to help turn these recommendations into practical, deliverable initiatives.
A key focus will be determining the right level of change intervention for each piece of work.
Some changes may require little more than a targeted communication, while others will require structured stakeholder engagement, leadership involvement and behavioural change activity.
Key Responsibilities:



Support the development and implementation of the overall change approach Work with the Project Manager to translate recommendations into practical initiatives Conduct change impact and stakeholder analysis Identify affected audiences and develop appropriate engagement approaches Develop and deliver communications and change activities Work with leaders to support the adoption of new processes, policies and behaviours Provide practical advice on the appropriate level of change intervention Support initiatives relating to behavioural and cultural change Develop materials and communications for different stakeholder groups Engage with stakeholders across multiple levels of the organisation Monitor progress and proactively identify emerging change impacts Help ensure change activity remains practical, targeted and aligned to the broader project objectives About You: We're looking for an experienced Change Manager who can operate confidently across strategy and delivery.
