We have over 400 dedicated employees working from 21 centres across metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria.
About the role Reporting to the Centre Manager Northern Melbourne, your key responsibilities include supporting the centre management and staff, as well as enabling the Centre to provide high-quality service to clients.
You will provide a welcoming first point of contact to walk-in clients, directing incoming phone enquiries about our services and responding to emails in a helpful manner.
You will also be responsible for ensuring productive coordination, booking, data entry and processing of all appointments and undertaking basic assessment of client service needs as required.
This role is based across our Greensborough centres, and is a full-time temporary role until November ****, with a weekly evening shift.
The base salary range for this role is $79,377 - $81,616 per annum.
About you Office Administration certificate and/or previous experience in a similar administration capacity.
Competent in Microsoft Office suite and ability to pick up new programs and business systems with ease.
Experienced in answering high volume inbound calls and delivering high-quality customer service.
High level of confidentiality to ensure client personal and financial information is maintained.
Proven track record in managing priorities, organising priorities with excellent attention to detail.
