They are seeking a Recruiter to join their vibrant office to support their high-volume recruitment processes supporting a portfolio of multi stakeholders across core mining, resources, engineering and technical sectors.
You will be involved throughout the candidate journey, from initial talent identification and engagement through to interviews, offers and successful placements.
Key Responsibilities Source and engage high-quality technical and engineering talent across a range of disciplines and sectors Build and maintain solid talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, SEEK, internal databases, referrals and networking Partner closely with stakeholders to understand role requirements and develop targeted sourcing strategies Support the development of engaging job advertisements and other candidate attraction strategies Screen, interview and shortlist candidates against specific role requirements Build strong relationships with candidates and provide ongoing support throughout the recruitment process Prepare candidates for interviews and coordinate feedback and debriefs Coordinate reference checks, offers,



approvals and onboarding requirements Maintain accurate and compliant recruitment records and systems Deliver timely communication and a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process About You Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with confidence engaging with a wide range of people A highly organised approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities and recruitment processes A proactive, curious and resilient mindset with a strong drive to achieve results Experience within recruitment, sales, customer service, HR, real estate, account management or another relationship-focused environment will be highly regarded Exposure to Bullhorn, SEEK, LinkedIn Recruiter or similar systems would be advantageous, but is not essential What's on Offer Full training, mentorship and ongoing support to build your recruitment capability The opportunity to develop specialist expertise across technical recruitment portfolios, including the mining and resources sector Exposure to a diverse range of technical and engineering roles, projects and disciplines The opportunity to build your knowledge across different industries and candidate markets Exceptionally collaborative and supportive team environment To express your interest or learn more, please reach out to Lia Bormolini on ************ .
