Monday-Friday | PM Shift Up to $140,000 + super Perth, WA Permanent Full-Time The opportunity: * Take ownership of a busy afternoon depot operation * Lead, support and develop an operational team * Coordinate daily freight movement and dispatch * Plan resources and ensure the right coverage across the shift * Work closely with drivers and internal teams * Maintain high standards across safety and compliance * Monitor operational performance and address issues as they arise * Identify ways to improve processes, productivity and efficiency What you'll bring: * Leadership experience within transport, freight,
