Madge Metal Fabrication is an Australian-owned metal fabrication business established in **** and based in Nowra, NSW.
The company provides structural steel and custom metal fabrication services for residential, commercial and industrial projects across NSW and the ACT, including structural steel, staircases, handrails, awnings, pergolas and custom metalwork.
Welder – Key Responsibilities Read and interpret drawings and specifications.
Prepare and set up materials for welding.
Operate welding equipment to join metal components.
Weld structural steel and fabricated metal products.
Inspect welds for quality, penetration and accuracy.
Grind, clean and finish welded joints.
Perform welding repairs as required.
Maintain welding equipment and work areas safely.




Metal Fabricator – Key Responsibilities Read and interpret drawings and specifications.
Measure, mark and cut metal sections and pipes.
Shape and bend metal using hand and machine tools.
Fit, align and assemble metal components.
Join components by welding, bolting and riveting as required.
Grind, file and finish fabricated products.
Assist with structural steel assembly and installation.
Maintain fabrication equipment and work areas safely.
