We're seeking a Business Analyst - Systems Transformation to support a major program focused on modernising the Hire-to-Retire lifecycle, improving data quality and governance, and enabling future HR technology capabilities.
n
This role will suit a systems-focused Business Analyst who enjoys working across business requirements, technology design, integrations, data challenges and transformation delivery.

Program Context
n
Following its separation from a parent organisation, our client is establishing a more independent operating environment and investing heavily in its technology and transformation capability under a newly appointed CIO.
n
As part of this journey, the organisation is addressing several key challenges including:

Legacy technology and fragmented application landscapes
n
Inconsistent business processes and data capture practices
n
Data quality and integrity issues across multiple platforms
n
Complex integration requirements between disparate systems
n
n
The Role & About You
n




Key Responsibilities Will Include
n
n
Eliciting, analysing and documenting business, functional and system requirements
n
Analysing existing applications, workflows and technology ecosystems
n
Mapping system dependencies, interfaces and integration requirements
n
Assessing data quality challenges and supporting data cleansing and migration activitiesDefining business rules, data requirements and information management standards
n
Supporting solution design, vendor engagement and implementation activities
n
Ensuring technology solutions align with broader process, governance and transformation objectives
n
n
To be successful, you'll bring:
n
n
Experience as a Technical Business Analyst, Systems Analyst or Business Analyst within complex transformation programs
n
Experience working on enterprise system implementations, digital transformation programs or technology modernisation initiatives
n
Exposure to integrations, system ecosystems, data flows and information management practices
n
n
Experience across HRIS, ERP, workforce management, payroll, finance or enterprise platforms will be highly regarded, as will exposure to data migration, integration projects and technology-enabled business transformation.
n
Client interviews are expected to commence from 11 September onwards.
