Role Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Appian Designer with 5 years of Appian Design and Development experience implementing BPM solutions. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Appian development, process automation, performance tuning and improvement, platform administration and integration with enterprise systems.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Design, Implement and optimize Appian applications including interface, rules, integrations, Records, Sites, Reports, and Process Models.
n
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
n
Implement Appian best practices for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
n
Integrate Appian with external systems using Web APIs, RDBMS, REST/SOAP APIs and third-party services.
n
Conduct unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning of Appian applications.
n
Document technical designs and provide support during UAT and production.




n
Ensure performance tuning, scalability, and best practices across Appian applications.
n
Plan and track implementation of best practices, including productivity, maturity and quality improvements
n
Drive Agile and DevOps adoption through CI/CD implementation, automated testing, and release management best practices.
n
Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
n
5 years of experience in Appian design and development
n
Strong knowledge of Appian components: SAIL, Process Models, Records, Reports, Sites
n
Experience with Appian Cloud Administration, Plug‐ins, Appian RPA, and Appian Connected Systems
n
Proficiency in Java, SQL, and Web Services (REST/SOAP).
n
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
n
Excellent problem‐solving and communication skills
