Position Overview:
n Ellar Boutique is a luxury gift-giving company dedicated to creating unique and personalised gifts for a variety of occasions. We pride ourselves on our attention to detail, quality items, and exceptional customer service. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Branding and Production Assistant to join our team.

You will be responsible for handling a variety of tasks, branding gift boxes and engraving boards, order fulfillment (packing our luxury gifts), and assisting in the production process. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organised, and eager to contribute to the success of our business.

Work Hours: This position will start as a casual and has the ability to become permanent for a committed candidate. Working hours are negotiable, ideally ***** hours per week, so it can be part-time or full time. Usual start times are 7:30am or 8am and finish around 3-4pm. Christmas is our busy season!

Key Responsibilities:
n
Assisting with branding and engraving on our large format printer and engraver
n
Help pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
n




Assist in the production process, including assembling and packaging bespoke gifts
n
Maintain a clean and organised production area
n
Collaborate with team members to improve efficiency and workflow
n
Assist in receiving, unpacking, and organising incoming inventory
n
Ensure all products are labelled and stored correctly
n
Perform other duties as assigned by the production supervisor
n
Requirements:
n
Previous experience in using Canva or photoshop is an advantage
n
Working in a printing or warehouse or production environment is preferred
n
Strong organisational and time management skills
n
Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 20 kg)
n
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
n
Computer skills, like Shopify and Asana is an advantage
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
