Full-time permanent | Overtime and seasonal project opportunities Build your skills in sports turf with us at Programmed Programmed is seeking a Sports Turf Technician/Turf Curator to join our team and support sports turf renovation and maintenance projects across a variety of sporting grounds.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone with experience in sports turf, turf maintenance, grounds maintenance or horticulture who enjoys working outdoors, operating specialised equipment and delivering quality results.

About the Role Working as part of an experienced team, you will contribute to the ongoing maintenance, renovation and presentation of sports turf and grounds.
Key responsibilities include: Perform sports turf renovation and maintenance activities across a variety of sporting grounds Operate specialised turf renovation and maintenance equipment Undertake aeration, scarifying, topdressing, overseeding and turf establishment works Monitor turf health and contribute to seasonal turf management programs Maintain irrigation systems and assist with surface preparation works Maintain a high standard of presentation across all project sites Work safely and in accordance with Programmed and client requirements Build positive working relationships with clients, team members and other stakeholders About You You will have practical experience in turf or grounds maintenance,



a strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering quality outcomes.
You will also have: Previous experience in sports turf renovation and maintenance Experience operating sports field renovation or grounds maintenance equipment A good understanding of turf management practices and techniques Sound knowledge of Workplace Health, Safety and Environmental requirements The ability to work effectively in a hands-on, fast-paced environment Flexibility to work wide-ranging hours during seasonal peak periods Ability to travel and stay away from home on a rotational basis when required Strong communication and teamwork skills Current Driver's Licence (essential) Certificate III or higher in Turf Management (desirable) Why Join Programmed?
