A well-established and highly regarded Melbourne builder is looking for an experienced Site Manager to join their team.
Working across fitout, refurbishment and new build projects up to $15M , this is a great opportunity to join a business with a strong pipeline of quality projects and a collaborative team workplace.
The Responsibilities Take full ownership of site operations from project commencement through to completion Manage subcontractors, trades and site personnel Coordinate site activities to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard Manage site programming, sequencing and daily coordination Monitor quality, OH S and compliance across the project Liaise closely with Project Managers, clients, consultants and subcontractors Conduct site meetings and coordinate trades to maintain project milestones Identify and resolve site issues proactively Maintain a clean,
