We're looking for a motivated CNC Machine Operator to join our friendly team in Bayswater and play a key role in producing high quality vinyl wrapped doors & panels. This role at Janper is a hands-on role in a modern, well-equipped factory that values precision, quality and continuous improvement.
As a CNC Operator, you'll run our CNC machinery to produce a range of parts to exact specifications, and you'll also sand the doors once they've been machined. You'll work closely with our production team to make sure every job meets our high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain Woodtron CNC routers
Load packs of board with a forklift
Perform quality checks to ensure components meet required standard
Assist with routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production targets
About You:
Experience operating CNC machinery (woodworking or cabinet manufacturing preferred)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Reliable, punctual
, and able to work well in a team setting
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CNC software (advantageous)
