Troys Hospitality is seeking an experienced and highly organised Corporate Hospitality & Rostering Coordinator to join the hospitality team at a prestigious corporate site.
n
This is an excellent opportunity for a hospitality professional who enjoys delivering high-level service but is looking for more structure, consistent hours, and a better work-life balance.

Working Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm, you'll be part of a professional corporate environment supporting boardroom meetings, corporate functions, and events for internal and external guests.
n
The role combines premium hospitality service, staff coordination, rostering, administration, and day-to-day operational support, making it ideal for someone looking to take the next step beyond traditional restaurant service.

The Role
n
You'll play an important role in keeping the hospitality operation running smoothly while providing a polished, high-end service to corporate guests at a luxurious site.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Coordinating staff rosters and ensuring appropriate coverage
n
Communicating with team members regarding shifts, availability, and roster changes
n
Assisting with the set-up and service of boardroom meetings, functions, and corporate events
n




Providing professional food and beverage service to internal and external guests
n
Supporting the coordination of day-to-day hospitality operations
n
Providing general administration and operational support
n
Liaising with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and external guests
n
Receiving deliveries and managing incoming stock
n
Checking, organising, and appropriately storing stock
n
Monitoring stock levels and assisting with inventory control.
n
Maintaining highly organised storage, service and workplace areas
n
Supporting the wider hospitality team as required
n
n
About You
n
We're looking for a hospitality professional who is confident, polished and ready to step into a more structured working environment.
n
You'll ideally have:
n
n
Previous hospitality and customer service experience
n
Experience in boardroom, corporate, hotel or high-end hospitality is highly regarded
n
Barista experience is highly regarded
n
Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
n
Confidence coordinating staff and communicating roster requirements
n
A qualified, polished and approachable presentation
n
The ability to prioritise multiple tasks and stay organised in a busy environment
n
Confidence using Microsoft Office and standard administration systems
n
A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently
n
A genuine interest in delivering a high standard of hospitality
n
