Across their family of brands, they're on the hunt for an experienced Marketing Manager ready to take the reins of a diverse portfolio and make a real commercial impact The Position Reporting to the GM and Marketing Director, you'll own everything from brand and campaigns to lead gen, CRM, display home launches, partnerships and events.
You'll also lead a Social Media Marketing Assistant and work closely with sales teams, leadership and external partners.
Key Responsibilities Plan and run campaigns that drive leads and support sales targets Own the marketing budget and keep spend on track Work with Sales Marketing leadership to set KPIs and track performance Manage and optimise HubSpot CRM for better lead conversion Report on what's working (and what's not) across campaigns Run marketing for display home openings - signage, photography, collateral,



the lot Keep the website fresh via WordPress Protect and grow the brand across every touchpoint Manage agency, supplier and printer relationships Support marketing across the wider group's brands Coordinate events, awards, sales training and special projects Juggle multiple projects and deadlines without missing a beat Coach and support your direct report The Criteria You're a marketer with sharp creative instincts and solid commercial thinking Ideally you'll bring: A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Commerce or similar Strong marketing/brand experience - residential construction or property a bonus A track record turning strategy into campaigns that actually work Confidence managing budgets and numbers CRM experience (HubSpot a big plus) A good handle on lead funnels and campaign performance Comfortable working with senior leaders, sales teams and external partners Great communication, written and verbal Solid project management chops A proactive, hands-on attitude Experience in WA residential building is a big plus.
