Love social media and understand how to make it perform, both organically and through paid campaigns?
Carlile Swim is looking for a Social Media Coordinator to join our Marketing Customer team, supporting our social media presence across a national network of more than 30 swim schools.
Working closely with our Group Marketing Communications Manager, you'll manage our social channels and content calendar, run and optimise paid campaigns and use performance insights to continually improve results.
You'll also create engaging social content and copy to support activity across our channels.
What You'll Be Doing Manage Carlile Swim's organic social presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube Plan and manage our social content calendar across our national network Manage paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok and other relevant platforms, from set up through to optimisation and reporting Manage audiences, targeting, placements and campaign budgets within agreed plans Monitor campaign performance and use data to optimise creative, audiences and spend Test creative, messaging, audiences and placements to improve performance Use organic and paid social insights to continually improve results Create and edit social-first content, including short-form video, reels, stories and static creative Write engaging, on-brand social copy across organic and paid channels Work with teams across Carlile Swim nationwide to uncover authentic stories and content from our centres What We're Looking For Minimum 2 years relevant experience across social media, digital marketing or a similar role Experience managing or supporting paid social campaigns ,



ideally across Meta and TikTok An understanding of key paid social metrics and the ability to analyse performance and make optimisation recommendations Strong organic social media knowledge across major platforms Confidence creating and editing photo and short-form video content, including proficiency in CapCut and Canva Robust written communication and the ability to write engaging, on-brand social copy A creative, organised and collaborative approach About Carlile Swim When Children Swim Better, Families Feel Safer Carlile Swim is Australia's leading swim school, helping children become safer, more confident swimmers for life across more than 30 swim schools nationwide.
