Product Manager (Authentication) — CIAM Transformation Join a well-established technology services and consulting organisation as they deliver a major Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) transformation.
This is a chance to shape the authentication roadmap across customer-facing channels for a business with genuine scale and complexity.
The Role Working closely with the Senior Product Manager, you'll drive the authentication roadmap, from policies and customer journeys through to detailed business requirements.
You'll partner with UX, Architecture, Cyber Security, Fraud, and Engineering teams to build secure, seamless experiences, with a focus on consolidating and implementing login, MFA, OTP, passwordless authentication, account recovery, step-up authentication, and session management.

What You'll Bring Proven experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Senior Business Analyst within CIAM, Identity,



Authentication, Digital, or Security programs Strong grasp of core authentication concepts — MFA, SSO, OTP, biometrics, passwordless, step-up authentication, account recovery Familiarity with contemporary identity standards (OAuth, OIDC, API-based identity services) Hands-on experience with enterprise CIAM platforms (Ping, Okta/Auth0, ForgeRock, or similar) Track record in Agile delivery — backlog management, requirements and acceptance criteria, SIT/UAT through to production Strong stakeholder engagement skills across Digital, Operations, Security, and Technology teams Why Apply Work alongside experienced professionals on meaningful, high-impact identity solutions, with genuine support to grow your career in whichever direction interests you.
