Xero Practice Manager

FYI Document Manager
Requirements:
5 years BAS preparation experience.
Xero experience
Duties List:
Preparing monthly and quarterly Business Activity Statements for various entities, including GST, PAYGW, FTC and tax instalments (income tax, FBT etc.)
Preparation of wages (STP) and superannuation (PayDay Super) in Xero
Engage with clients through meetings, teleconferences, and emails.
Participate in monthly client catch-up sessions under the guidance of Directors.




Collaborate with the team to efficiently solve client issues.
Take proactive measures to prevent future issues and identify opportunities.
Gain exposure to diverse industries in Australia and work with clients from around the world.
Liaise with the ATO and other government bodies.
Team Collaboration & Learning:
From day one, you will have the opportunity to work directly with real clients, receiving support from accountants, bookkeepers and directors. Our firm holds weekly strategy meetings to discuss improvements for both our internal operations and clients. Additionally, you will collaborate with our referral network of professionals, including lawyers, financial planners, mortgage brokers, and bookkeepers.
