Ensure requirement traceability and solution alignment through close collaboration with developers, testers, and stakeholders, supporting thorough validation across the delivery lifecycle.
Provide ongoing support to the delivery team through all stages of the project.
Identify the current and target state and use process mapping to visualise the change Planning and estimation to ensure analyst deliverables are timely and aligned with Delivery Plan Identify risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies and ensure that they are appropriately captured and managed with timely escalation to ensure smooth delivery.
What You Will Bring: Prior knowledge, skills and competence:



Experience working on large, complex, multi-stream transition and large-scale transformation programs is an advantage Strong preference for Superannuation experience Strong understanding of Digital and API development Robust experience in gathering stakeholder requirements and translating these to detailed user stories.
Understanding of the Project Life Cycle and sound knowledge of Waterfall and Agile methodologies Domain knowledge of any of superannuation, investment, insurance and unit trust business operations Experience with Jira, Claude, Copilot and AI Tooling Education
