About the Role This is a hands-on leadership position that combines strategic centre management with active involvement in the day-to-day life of the service.
As Centre Director, you will be responsible for: Leading, mentoring and developing a high-performing and engaged team.

Ensuring strong compliance, quality and operational outcomes.
Developing meaningful and lasting relationships with children, families, educators and the local community.
Supporting an exceptional learning workplace that reflects the individual needs and interests of every child.
Driving continuous improvement across the service.
Providing strong leadership while maintaining a visible and approachable presence within the centre.
You will be supported by an experienced Area Manager and dedicated Support Management Team, providing you with the autonomy to lead your service while having access to ongoing mentorship, guidance and professional support.
