Job Description Reporting to the Financial Controller you will manage the the day-to-day purchasing and procurement activities across the hotel.
What you will be doing: Work closely with Culinary, Housekeeping, Front Office and other departments to understand and deliver their purchasing needs.
Source and purchase food, beverage, operational and general hotel supplies.
Monitor stock levels, inventory movements and purchasing requirements to ensure appropriate supply.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate competitive pricing and terms.
Identify opportunities to reduce costs, improve efficiencies and maximise value without compromising quality.
Qualifications What we are looking for: Previous experience, preferably within a hotel or hospitality workplace.
Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
A good understanding of inventory and stock control.




The ability to work independently while being a collaborative member of the wider hotel team.
A practical, solutions-focused approach and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
