With a consistent pipeline of repeat work, the business delivers across a diverse range of commercial projects throughout Adelaide, from major construction projects through to shorter-duration works and fit-outs.
Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Project Supervisor to join their delivery team.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys being on site, coordinating people and keeping projects moving.
You will manage the day-to-day delivery of multiple projects, working closely with builders, site teams, subcontractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
You will be supported by an experienced leadership team that values practical decision-making, strong communication and quality project delivery.
The Role As Project Supervisor, you will take ownership of site coordination across multiple commercial projects from commencement through to completion.
Your responsibilities will include: Supervising multiple commercial projects and coordinating day-to-day site activities Coordinating installers, trades,



suppliers and subcontractors Working closely with Project Managers and builders to maintain project programmes Planning materials, deliveries, labour and site requirements Monitoring workmanship, quality and progress against programme Conducting site inspections and managing defects through to completion Liaising with builders, Site Managers and other project stakeholders Identifying and resolving site issues to minimise delays and disruption Maintaining WHS requirements and safe working practices Supporting project handover, completion and close-out activities Providing regular updates on project progress, issues and requirements The Like Mind We are looking for a practical, organised and proactive construction professional who enjoys coordinating people and projects in a fast-paced workplace.
You may already be working as a Project Supervisor, Site Supervisor, Site Coordinator or Foreman, or have strong trade-based experience and be ready to step into a broader project delivery role.
You will ideally bring: Experience in commercial or residential construction, construction subcontracting or a related trade environment Experience coordinating trades, installers, subcontractors and site activities A solid understanding of construction sequencing, site coordination and project requirements Flooring, finishes or another commercial trade background will be highly regarded The ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and deadlines Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with builders, clients, suppliers and trades A strong eye for quality, detail and project completion A proactive, hands-on and solutions-focused approach A strong commitment to safety and quality Apply Now Click APPLY or contact Anna Roussos or Bec Myers on ************ for a confidential discussion.
