The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation and delivery of goods, while ensuring compliance with road safety requirements and maintaining company vehicles in a safe operating condition.
Key Duties and Responsibilities Safely operate company trucks and vehicles for the transportation and delivery of goods; Load, secure, transport and unload goods as required; Complete scheduled deliveries and collections in a safe and timely manner; Conduct daily vehicle inspections and safety checks and report any faults or maintenance requirements; Maintain accurate delivery records, logs and other required documentation; Ensure goods are appropriately secured and protected during transportation; Comply with applicable road laws,



workplace health and safety requirements and company procedures; Communicate professionally with customers, suppliers and other team members; and Maintain vehicles in a clean and safe working condition.
Qualifications and Experience Valid HR truck driver's licence appropriate for the vehicles being operated; Minimum 1–2 years' relevant truck driving experience ; Good driving record and strong understanding of road and vehicle safety requirements; Reliable, punctual and able to work responsibly with minimal supervision; Physically capable of assisting with loading and unloading where required; Good communication and organisational skills; and Ability to work independently and manage delivery schedules efficiently.
