Moorebank up to $37 per hour Warehouse Administration Warehouse Administrator x 2 Moorebank | Temporary Contract | Full Time Hours | $32 to $37 per hour + super Multiple positions available We are currently recruiting multiple experienced Administrators to join a high volume, fast paced industrial environment in Moorebank.
These temporary contract opportunities offer full time hours and will suit experienced administrators who are organised, resilient and comfortable working in a busy operational environment where priorities can change quickly.
Working as part of the Hygiene team, you will provide administration support across inventory, purchasing, reporting and general site administration.
About the role Processing purchase requests, purchase orders through SAP Managing inventory counts and maintaining accurate stock records Preparing reports and spreadsheets using Excel and SAP Maintaining accurate paper and digital records Processing invoices, purchase orders and quotations Sourcing quotes and goods as required Supporting general office administration and documentation Assisting with meeting minutes, scanning and filing Supporting site inductions and other administrative requirements Managing multiple tasks,



competing priorities and deadlines About you We are looking for Administrators who is comfortable working in a demanding manufacturing enviornment.
You will ideally have: Previous administration experience SAP experience, particularly purchase orders and goods receipting Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook skills Ability to lift 15kg The workplace This is an onsite role within a high volume, fast paced industrial and production environment.
You will need to be comfortable working at pace, following strict processes and adapting to changing priorities.
Full GMP, HACCP, safety and site specific training will be provided.
