With fewer than 50 modern homes, this is a unique chance to make a genuine difference every day while building on your experience as a Lifestyle Coordinator, Activities Coordinator, Resident Engagement Coordinator or similar retirement living professional.

Your key responsibilities will include:



Building strong relationships with residents and their families Delivering exceptional resident experiences and promoting independent living Planning engaging social, wellness and community initiatives Supervising and mentoring village staff Managing contractors and service providers Monitoring village budgets and financial performance Ensuring compliance with policies, procedures and legislative requirements Supporting the sales team by showcasing the village lifestyle and fostering a positive community reputation Maintaining a safe, well-presented and welcoming village environment About You You may currently be working as a: Lifestyle Coordinator Activities Coordinator Resident Engagement Coordinator Community Coordinator Retirement Living Coordinator Assistant Village Manager And you are looking for the next step in your career.
