We are partnered with a well-known national brand for the recruitment of a Senior Project Planner.
This is an initial 12 month contract role on a long-term project, starting asap.
You'll work Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week, down at this company's Kwinana site.
There is a strong likelihood that this role would extend further due to a healthy pipeline of work.
On offer is a rate of circa $90 to $95 per hour + super.

In this role, you'll lead the Project Planning for engineering design, execution, pre-commissioning and commissioning activities of the Project.
The role will be required to interface with the engineering contractor, as the 'owner's team' planning lead.
You'll be responsible for: Project planning expert supporting the Engineering Project Management Framework Project planning expert supporting major capital project planning and decision making Subject matter expert in Capital Project Planning across the organisation.
Subject matter expert in Primavera P6 Professional Provide schedule auditing of projects to meet planning governance requirements (Capex, Opex).
Support the review and update of project planning standards,



processes and procedures.
You'll ideally have the following skills and experience: Minimum 5 years' experience working in a Project Planning role.
Experience in project delivery in chemical, manufacturing or mineral processing industries is advantageous.
Expert in using Primavera P6 Skilled Deep relevant technical knowledge Strong project Planning skills Good interpersonal and influencing skills Prior to commencing, you'll need to provide a current police clearance and pass a D A test - but we can talk you through that process.
