This is a hands-on role suited to someone with a strong hospitality, reception or customer service background who enjoys working in a busy corporate setting.
Job Description What you'll do Welcome employees, visitors, contractors and VIP guests professionally Manage visitor sign-ins, identification checks and access passes Coordinate meeting room and event bookings, room setup and vendor requirements Manage incoming and outgoing mail, couriers and package tracking Assist with locker, storage and temporary car park requests Conduct regular floor inspections and report maintenance, cleaning and safety issues Respond promptly to workplace enquiries and service requests Build positive relationships with employees, visitors, suppliers and building management Identify opportunities to improve workplace processes and the overall customer experience Support major meetings, events and workplace activities as required About you You will bring: Previous experience in corporate reception, concierge,



hospitality or customer service Professional presentation and excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment A practical and solutions-focused approach to problem-solving Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders, employees, visitors and suppliers Strong time-management skills and the ability to work independently Basic proficiency with workplace systems and Microsoft Office Completion of the Higher School Certificate or equivalent Why join Cushman Wakefield?
