Noah's Creative Juices is growing — and we're looking for an experienced Blender / Batch Maker to join our brand-new production team!
This is an exciting opportunity to get in from the beginning at a state-of-the-art food and beverage manufacturing facility in Melbourne's South-East.
If you have experience with batching, blending, ingredients or food production and you're someone who takes pride in getting things right the first time, we want to hear from you.
You'll be joining a hands-on team where quality, safety, accuracy and teamwork are at the heart of everything we do.
And because this is a brand-new operation, you'll have the opportunity to grow with the business, develop your skills and help shape how things are done from day one.

You'll play a key role in turning quality ingredients into quality products and keeping production running smoothly.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:



Accurately weighing and measuring ingredients Preparing and batching materials according to production procedures Operating blending and processing equipment Monitoring production processes and equipment Performing quality checks throughout production Completing batch sheets and production records accurately Ensuring ingredients and products are handled correctly Cleaning and maintaining equipment and production areas Following food safety, hygiene and WHS requirements Identifying and reporting any production or quality issues Working closely with the wider production team to keep things moving ⭐ What are we looking for?
We're looking for someone who is reliable, switched-on and takes genuine pride in their work.
Ideally, you'll have: Previous experience in food, beverage, FMCG, manufacturing or a similar environment Experience with batching, blending or production processes Excellent attention to detail and accuracy A strong understanding of food safety, hygiene and quality requirements Good mechanical and technical aptitude The ability to follow procedures and production documentation A reliable, hardworking and can-do attitude The ability to work well as part of a team A relevant food manufacturing qualification will be highly regarded LF Forklift Licence will be highly regarded ? THIS IS MORE THAN JUST A PRODUCTION ROLE.
