This is a labour hire position offering a direct temp to perm pathway.

The Nuts and Bolts: Hours are a consistent 6am to 2pm day shift or 2pm to 10pm afternoon shift with flexibility to stay back Overtime offers solid earning potential with an expectation to work 1 to 2 Saturdays per month The role starts as casual labour hire with genuine succession pathways into a permanent position What You Will Be Doing: Taking the lead on critical reactive breakdown repairs in a quick paced manufacturing environment Working across conveyors, packaging machines, tetrapak mixers,



rotary machines and PLCs Executing general machining and fabrication which makes up about 20 to 30 percent of your day Proactively managing spare parts and preventative maintenance schedules using the MEX system Inducting and supervising external contractors on site What You Need in Your Toolkit: 5 to 10 years of post trade experience fully trained to Australian Standards A strong manufacturing mindset where you can understand high speed environments and find solutions fast A restricted electrical licence is required or you must be willing to obtain it within your first month Current Confined Spaces and Working at Heights tickets with refresher training available if lapsed Next Steps: Speed is everything.
