The perks Start: ASAP $***** per hour + penalty rates Duration: 6 months Hands-on role within the grain and agricultural industry Training provided, including the opportunity to learn weighbridge operations Varied outdoor work across grain receival, storage, and site operations Job description The Role We are seeking experienced Grain Handlers to join a busy grain receival and storage operation in Tabbita, NSW, within the agriculture and grain industry.
This is a hands-on, physically active role, involving outdoor work such as sweeping, shovelling, cleaning, equipment operation, and general site support.
You'll also have the opportunity to learn weighbridge duties and grain receival processes.
The environment is fast-paced, practical, and strongly focused on teamwork and safety.
Key Responsibilities You'll support the safe receival, handling, storage, and movement of grain while helping keep daily site operations running efficiently.
Operate grain-handling equipment including augers, conveyors, hoppers, loaders, and tractors Safely load and unload grain from trucks and storage facilities Learn and perform weighbridge duties and accurately record grain movements Conduct grain sampling and assist with quality checks Complete data entry and maintain accurate inventory records Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance Complete sweeping, shovelling, tarp work,



and general housekeeping Assist with grain bunker construction and maintenance Follow site safety procedures and operational requirements Benefits Competitive $***** per hour + penalty rates Secure prospect for 6 months with potential for ongoing employment Consistent work with approximately 38 hours per week Training provided for suitable candidates Opportunity to develop skills across grain handling, machinery, and weighbridge operations Your Skills Experience We're looking for dependable candidates who are comfortable with physical outdoor work and willing to learn.
